The Series is a great place to start. With REST as the foundation, we begin with a comprehensive intake to understand the unique constellation of your experience, reconvene to assess and gently deepen our work, then follow up again to close the loop and integrate. Remote REST for the duration of each 2-6 week container is included.

The Bridge is the work behind all your Great Work. A bespoke container for conscious capitalism– counsel for creating something bigger than yourself. We excavate before we build. Go deep before we project out. We unearth inner clarity, transmuting bias that may cloud your vision, generating a clean energetic signature embedded within all you do. Using all the tools in our toolbox we co-create a program to support your unique biological imperatives, objectives and one-of-a-kind offering. Consider me a most trusted advisor, dedicated specifically to you for counseling, consulting, idea-bouncing, experience processing and energetic management. Sessions are conducted online or in person. Option to add hands-on healing work. as with The Series, remote REST is included.

The Retreat is a special treat. A bespoke, completely custom full (or multiple) day intensive for deep, restorative, transformational work. Using your birth information combined with your unique needs, preferences and desires, we strategically craft an itinerary of resonant experiences in biocompatible environments that enable you to relax, unwind and come back to yourself. Includes a Field Trip and hands-on healing. A great way to deep dive on a topic, honor a milestone, celebrate a special occasion, initiate a reset, integrate healing work, or just enjoy a burden-free day of compassionate care. There is no limit to where we can go together. Meals and travel included.
